- Chelsea Booth Review added: 2018.02.14★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointed to be turned away and told to come back with my donation in an hour. How much harm would it of done to take my bag of things from me and put it to the side for an hour? I'm not feeling well today (obvious to see by looking at me!) and I was trying to do something kind. I won't bother next time!
Abrupt member of staff shouting across the room to not forget that that also close for an hour at lunchtime.
This has left me with a really bad impression. The Willen branch are very welcoming and friendly, I'll go there next time.
